NETAVIS at the Euroshop 2017 - Solutions for Retail

From March 5th to 9th 2017, NETAVIS Software presented the Platform for Security and Business at the Euroshop 2017 in Düsseldorf, 
Germany, at three different exhibition booths. 

Brick-and-mortar businesses are under pressure. They are looking for ways to compensate for the lack of customer information compared to online
retailers. The NETAVIS Platform for Security and Business offers crucial added value. With the dual use of IP video infrastructure, topics like
security & loss prevention as well as business & customer service can be both solved. 


The open and flexible video management software NETAVIS Observer efficiently monitors an unlimited amount of subsidiaries for loss prevention and inventory shrinkage. NETAVIS iCAT for in-store-analytics further improves the general security. In addition, it generates the important business data about customer frequencies, customer segmentation and customer behaviour, as well as queue management and traffic conversion

NETAVIS sMart Data Warehouse contextualizes the relevant sales and business data and visualizes the information individually for each user and the task at hand. The traffic conversions and other processed key performance indicators thereby serve as the basis for sales increase, more efficient staff deployment, increased product group frequencies, improved product placements, optimized store-layout, successful target marekting and double return on investment.

At the booth of HarresKind, live streams of standard IP cameras were analysed and the information displayed directly in sMart. Sample dashboards and sample reports provided information about customer frequencies and customer segmentations, while visitors could also compare and analyse the collected data live in sMart Data Analytics

 

 

Also 3D sensors can serve as data source for sMart Data Warehouse. At the booth of Hella Aglaia, this was presented in form of a sMart
OEM version
with the integrated Hella 3D sensors. 

At Hauser Kühlmöbel und Kältetechnik, the NETAVIS Platform governed a refrigerated section for food retailing in a very impressive way.
With the integration of an IoT- (Internet of Things) and a digital signage application as well as the merchandise management system,
NETAVIS managed the balancing act between automatized and customized customer service. Depending on age and gender of cusomters
as well as on what they were reaching for in the shelf, products and secondary products were solicited and priced, and the inventory level 
managed.
