The NETAVIS Retail Dashboard delivers clear information on customer traffic into the store on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. From this, retailers can identify the “power hours” – when and on which days the store is at its busiest, allowing staff planning and rotas to be adjusted accordingly. Customer conversion rates can also be calculated, meaning the effectiveness of sales staff can be judged. These simple measures lead quickly to a significant increase in sales for a minimal investment. Various other examples on display provided even more ideas how to deliver business value with IP video.
