All NETAVIS Observer versions allow users toforward the camera status of all integrated network cameras to
third party software via interfaces. 

Therefore, it is possible to inquire whether the cameras are fully functioning as expected or if the camera
connection was lost. This can be done via SNAP URL as well as via SNAP XML. Additionally, it can easily be
checked if iCAT Video Analytics or continuous recording is configured or not, and also whichPTZ capabilities 
are available.

With this feature, camera failures are quickly detected and camera functions are easily manageable via PSIM-solutions.
